Arrangements, held together with the Ministry of Health and social policy of the Russian Federation, dedicated to the Health day, have become annual. Thus, telethon "My attitude to health" was held. From 33 regions of Russia there were 75 participants that defined their position to the problem of the formation of healthy lifestyle among pupils.

The main topic of videoconference "Me and my Russia", which could have been overseen by up to 4 million telviewers, have become the problems of motherhood and childhood that were considered in different aspects: juridical, legislative, ecological, medical, educational, moral. Among the participants of the conference were: Chairman of the Committee for social policy of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation; the director of the Department of state youth policy, education and social protection of children of Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation; Deputy director of Federal Agency for the control over circulation of drugs and mood-altering drugs and also the famous producer Feodor Bondarchuk and director-general of World-Class Olga Slutsker.

Constituent videoconference "Youth for the rights of a person, against terrorism". During 7 hours the audience of the telethon has reached 2 500 000 people.

The unicity of the arrangement is that Teleport-Service has provided connection with space station and communication with cosmonauts in a live broadcast.

World Bank within the framework of Global Distant Learning Network(GDLN) holds a range of conferences on economic, juridical and social questions, discussion of realization of major projects, including presentations of accounts on achievements in the regions of the Russian Federation, for which Teleport-Service communication network is used. Through MUH training centers World Bank realizes invitation of local administrations, representatives of business communities, educational institutions, nongovernmental organizations. In GDLN carrying out of more than 300 such arrangements is planned out.
